The Nigerian man, Innocent Chima, who was spotted in a viral video where he was being tortured by some hardened gang in Pakistan has revealed that he is alive.
Chima announced being alive in a video on social media, appreciating every Nigerian who came to his rescue.
Chima thanked his Igbo brothers, including the chief, Chinedu, and others who have promised to pay up the debt for his release.
Earlier on, a viral video of a man being brutalized by some Pakistani gang surfaced web.
The man was captured pleading for his brother to return his boss’s money to prevent him from being killed.
Chima, who had said they would kill him on July 10, has now confessed in another video that he is excellent.
He explained that his fellow Igbo brothers have offered to contribute the money for his release.
However, when the video went out on social media, the chairman of the Nigerian In Diaspora reacted to the video.
The commission noted that it had sent words to its mission in Pakistan to have the case investigated.
