According to eyewitness reports, the barber was passing by when he was harrased by the police man.
The guy allegedly insulted and warned the police man to stop harrassing him.
While he pushed the man away, the police officer pulled the trigger and shot him dead, warning him never to insult him again.
While attempting to escape, residents nabbed him, beat him mercilessly and burnt him to death.
Images circulated online showed the body of the deceased still lying on the road where he was shot dead by the alleged police officer.
