Nigerian Senate Blow Hot As They Blast Buhari Over Crisis In Nigeria
- So much fear has gripped Nigerians as they live in fear on daily basis
- This has affected the economic system of the country as people are now scared to go about their businesses
- It has also affected educational system in Nigeria, with a number of schools on shutdown due to the insurgency
In a video on Twitter, it was seen that the Nigerian Senate got angry over the situation of insecurity in the country as the president have failed to handle the situation appropriately.
Following the insecurity challenge that has befallen the country these days, it seems like the President, Muhammadu Buhari, is incapacitated to handle it ,with the kidnap of students in several occasions, even pastors and yet the Bandits still go unhurt.
One of the senators while speaking, said that according to SECTION 1.3, of the Nigerian Constitution, that the Senates are compelling the President to resign having failed the country, in the area of insecurity.
Others spoke their minds by saying, “Allow the Senate to handle this difficult situation”, after which he swore and said , “Mr. President, God will ask you”. Another said, “presidency is not an award but call to duty”.
They further expressed that, in as much the president will get angry on hearing it, they have to say it because that’s the most painful thing now
