Eko Hot Blog reports that Nigerian man, Tonye Solomon, has set a new Guinness World Record for the most steps climbed on a ladder while balancing a football on his head.

Solomon climbed 150 steps up a radio mast in Bayelsa State, Nigeria. He completed the challenge in just 12.5 minutes.

This is not the first time Solomon has set a Guinness World Record. In August, he walked 60 kilometers with a football on his head.

Solomon said he wanted to set these records to challenge himself and inspire others to do great things. He also thanked the Nigerian Civil Defense Bayelsa State Command for allowing him to use their facility for the record attempt.

“It wasn’t easy,” Solomon said. “But I’m glad I did it.”
