EKO HOT BLOG reports that an armed group simply identified as the Angry Vipers has issued a 21-day Ultimatum to Southeast Governor to release the leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB), Nnamdi Kanu.

The group vowed to declare all Southeast governors, Senators, traditional rulers, and other political office holders dead if Kanu is not released within 21 days.
