EKO HOT BLOG reports that he emphasized that the 45,689 candidates vying for positions would undergo a Computer-Based Aptitude Test (CBT) to ensure the selection of the most qualified candidates.

“As an equal opportunity employer, NNPC Ltd. has made special provisions to ensure applicants with disabilities can take the test without any hindrance,” Kyari said during his visit to the testing centre.

Olufemi Soneye, the company’s spokesperson, confirmed that Kyari personally oversaw the process to guarantee it was smooth, credible, and transparent. The NNPCL CEO also reassured applicants that fairness remains a cornerstone of the recruitment exercise.

In line with its commitment to inclusivity, the NNPCL marked the International Day for Persons Living with Disabilities by engaging with employees and applicants with disabilities. A statement shared on the company’s official X (formerly Twitter) handle read:

“In honour of the International Day for Persons Living with Disabilities, NNPC Limited proudly engaged with our staff living with disabilities and some shortlisted candidates for the ongoing recruitment CBT exams.

This occasion reaffirms our commitment to inclusivity, accessibility, and creating opportunities for everyone. Together, we are fostering a culture of excellence and equal representation.”
