BREAKING: 300 NNPCL Trucks Arrive At Dangote Refinery For Petrol Loading
Over 300 trucks owned by the Nigerian National Petroleum Company Limited (NNPCL) have arrived at the Dangote Refinery in preparation for the scheduled loading of petrol, set to commence on Sunday, September 15, 2024.
EKO HOT BLOG reports that the confirmation came from NNPC’s spokesperson, Olufemi Soneye, via a video posted on his X (formerly Twitter) handle on Saturday. Soneye explained that the trucks were positioned at the refinery to ensure a smooth loading process as NNPCL readies to distribute petrol from the facility.

“NNPC Ltd. trucks are arriving at the Dangote Refinery in preparation for the scheduled petrol loading on Sunday, September 15, 2024,” Soneye stated in his post. He added that by the end of the day, no fewer than 300 trucks would be stationed at the refinery’s fuel loading gantry, ready for the operation.
This marks a significant step in the supply of petrol as the Dangote Refinery gears up to begin distribution, with NNPCL as the sole off-taker of the fuel produced at the facility, in line with recent agreements.
