‘No Case To Answer’-Court Rules, Discharges Ex-NBA President Paul Usoro

  • The Charges were brought by the Economic and Financial crimes commission, EFCC against the Ex-NBA President.

 

 

The Federal High Court sitting in Lagos, has discharged former President of the Nigerian Bar Association, NBA, Paul Usoro SAN, from the charges of laundering 1.4 billion Naira on behalf of the Akwa Ibom State government.

Justice Rilwan Aikawa upheld the no case to answer submission made the lawyers of Mr Usoro and discharged him of the charges.

The Charges were brought by the Economic and Financial crimes commission, EFCC against the Ex-NBA President.
