Nollywood Actor, Saheed Balogun Loses Daughter, Zeenat
Zeenat Balogun, daughter of popular Nollywood actor Saheed Balogun, has passed away.
Saheed Balogun announced the tragic news on Saturday through his verified Instagram account, sharing a solemn image of a candlelight surrounded by flowers, accompanied by heartbroken emojis.
Shortly after, his former wife, Fathia Balogun, and fellow actress Ronke Ojo, known as Ronke Oshodi Oke, confirmed the heartbreaking news on their respective Instagram accounts.
Fathia shared an image of a candle, writing, “Inna lillahi wa inna ilayhi raji’un” (We belong to Allah and to Him we shall return). Ronke Ojo added, “No words can ease the pain of losing someone so precious.
My heart goes out to you, @saidibalogun, during this incredibly difficult time. May you find strength in the love and support surrounding you.”
As of the time of this report, the cause of Zeenat’s death has not been disclosed.
