Ekohotblog reports that Nollywood actress, Yvonne Jegede has taken to social media to pen an emotional message to Olu Jacobs.

You will recall that Ekohotblog reported that Olu Jacobs is presently suffering from Dementia has confirmed by his wife, Joke Silva.

This was after he was honoured with a lifetime achievement award at AFRIFF 2021.

Many veterans and stars in the entertainment industry have celebrated the movie legend and Yvonne Jegede is the most recent on the list.

She took to her Instagram handle to thank Olu Jacobs for paving the way for her and also his significant contribution towards the growth of the movie industry.

“Watched this video with tears in my eyes. I want to give him his flowers while I still can: uncle Olu Jacobs, thank you for blessing us with your talent, for paving the way for me. I honor you and appreciate you for the immense contribution you have made to Nollywood. Thank you sir,” she wrote.
