Some Nollywood Celebrities are not just movie actors, directors and producers but also Top University lecturers in Nigeria. 

Sam Dede

Samuel Dedetoku was born 17 November 1965, he is a Nigerian veteran actor, director, politician and lecturer. He is regarded as one of the richest and influential actors in Nigeria, Sam Dede is an award-winning actor and at the same time a lecturer, the former lecturer at the University of Lagos is currently in the employ of the department of theatre arts at the University of Port Harcourt.

Kola Oyewo

Kola Oyewo born on the 27th March 1946. He went to the Obafemi Awolowo University where he secured a certificate in dramatic arts, where he was his son’s classmate. He later proceeded to University of Ibadan where he earned his PhD. He was a senior lecturer at the OAU until 2011 before he moved on to head the department of dramatic arts in Redeemer’s University.

Peter Fatomilola

Chief Peter Fatomilola, born January 16, 1946 is a Nigerian dramatist, film actor, poet and prolific playwright, he is known for his verse knowledge of herbs, poetry and culture, He is a graduate of theatre arts from Obafemi Awolowo University (OAU), Ife, and he was tutored under professor Wole Soyinka. He later became a dramatic arts instructor at the OAU. Though he is retired, he still gets invitations to lecture in universities like Univesity of ibadan, O. A. U, and other neighboring institutions

Joke Silva

Joke Silva, is a Nigerian actress, director and businesswoman. A graduate of the University of Lagos and the Webber Douglas Academy of Dramatic Art in London, Joke Silva was appointed to head Nollywood movie studio Malete Film Village owned by Kwara State University. She has been saddled with the responsibility of training people who love the acting profession.

Sola Fasudo

Sola Fosudo is a veteran Nigerian prolific dramatist, lecturer, critic, movie actor, producer and director. He was born on 18 March,1958 in Lagos. Dr. Sola Fosudo is a senior lecturer and head of department at Lagos State University (LASU) department of theatre arts and music.
