Lobi Stars have introduced Finnish coach Mika Lönnström as their new head coach, according to report.
The unveiling took place on Tuesday at a brief ceremony held at the team’s training facility, McCarthy Stadium, in Makurdi.

In his remarks, Lobi Stars Chairman Dr. Philip Nongu welcomed the new coach, stating: “We’re delighted to have coach Lönnström on board. His expertise and passion will undoubtedly elevate our team’s performance.”
” We are here at this important event to introduce to the Benue community, the players, as well as sports journalists, the newly appointed head coach, Mr Lönnström who will be working together with the other technical crew members with the needed intent of moving the club out of current position as well as making it more competitive.”
