Ekohotblog reports that the National Youth Council of Nigeria (NYCN), Imota Chapter, has expressed its warm congratulations to Ambassador Biliamin Olalekan Oba following his appointment as the Senior Special Assistant (SSA) on Social Development to the Governor of Lagos State.
