The Executive Chairman of Ikosi-Ejinrin Local Council Development Area (LCDA), Akogun Wale Raji Anomo, has been praised for his outstanding performance in various sectors, including road infrastructure, education, healthcare, electricity, and the overall welfare of the people.
His innovative leadership has made a remarkable impact on the lives of residents, prompting recognition from traditional and community leaders, including the Alayandelu of Odo Ayandelu Kingdom, HRM Oba Asumo Ganiu Aderibigbe.

At his palace, Oba Aderibigbe formally presented Hon. Wale Anomo with a letter of recommendation, recognizing his successful leadership and endorsing him for a second term.
The royal father commended the chairman’s efforts to improve the living conditions of the people in Ikosi-Ejinrin LCDA, emphasizing his commitment to development and empowerment.
During the presentation ceremony, HRM Oba Asumo Ganiu Aderibigbe expressed his confidence in Hon. Anomo’s leadership. “Hon. Wale Anomo has been a man of progress in Ikosi-Ejinrin. His dedication to improving our roads, health centers, and educational facilities is unmatched.
His leadership has touched every corner of this LCDA, and it is only right to support his re-election bid so that he can continue to serve the people,” the monarch said.
Under Anomo’s administration, numerous infrastructural projects have been executed, including the rehabilitation of key roads such as the Itoikin-Ayandelu Road, which has significantly improved transportation and commerce in the area.
Schools have also benefited from the chairman’s focus on education, with several public schools receiving renovations, new classrooms, and essential learning materials.
In the healthcare sector, Hon. Wale Raji Anomo’s administration has been instrumental in upgrading primary health centers, ensuring that residents have access to better medical facilities.
Additionally, the chairman’s efforts to boost electricity supply by installing transformers in underserved communities, including Government College Ketu Epe, have led to improved power supply.
In his speech, Hon. Wale Raji Anomo thanked Oba Aderibigbe and the people of Ikosi-Ejinrin for their unwavering support. “I am humbled by this recognition from our respected Oba. We have worked tirelessly to ensure that the people of Ikosi-Ejinrin enjoy the dividends of democracy.

Anomo has also prioritized the empowerment of youth and women in the LCDA, organizing various skill acquisition programs and providing financial assistance to small business owners.
His administration’s welfare efforts have extended to the elderly and vulnerable groups through the regular distribution of food palliatives and essential goods.
