Oba Babatunde Ogunlaja, Paramount Ruler Of Noforija Kingdom Leads Delegation To UK

Eko Hot Blog reports that Oba Babatunde Ogunlaja, Paramount Ruler of Noforija Kingdom, has honoured an invitation from a United Kingdom (UK)-based business forum event in London in a bid to promote and preserve the rich heritage of Africa.

According to the invitation letter made available to our correspondent, the event was positioned to unleash the business potential of small and large-scale businesses in Africa and the UK.

The Epe monarch led a delegation that included HRM Ataiyero Aramoko of Ekiti state, Oba (Dr.) Olusegun Aderemi JP, and Otunba Adenuga, to Buckingham Palace, London, on Thursday.

The forum, African British Business (ABB), noted that the event which was scheduled to hold between 9th and 13th of May was the year’s UK-Africa Heritage Conference and offered a unique business opportunity with a royal touch against the stunning backdrop of King Charles III’s coronation.

The business forum said the conference would enable revered kings of Africa to have access to the latest insights and research on heritage conversation and preservation. It would also enable them to make informed decisions that can positively impact their communities.

The statement reads in part, “Esteemed African royals and dignitaries are invited to the lively city of London for an exceptional occasion of trade, tourism, arts, and cultural exchange. This event is positioned to unleash the business potential of small and large-scale businesses in Africa and the UK, driven by the best African art and culture.

“Attending this conference would bring significant benefits to your community and by participating in discussions and sharing your perspectives, you will have the opportunity to showcase the rich cultural heritage of your people and to network with other leaders from the UK and Africa.”

Furthermore, the invitation, which was signed by the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Mercy Gilbert, claimed that, “You will also have the opportunity to explore potential partnerships with other attendees, which could lead to new investment opportunities for your community.
