Ohafia Council Chair Inaugurates Covid 19 Task Force Committees
- The Chairman, while Inaugurating the 18 man committee on Friday 5th February, 2021 at the council headquarters, Ukiwe urged the members of the committee to take COVID-19 sensitisation message to all communities in the local government.

The Executive Chairman, Ohafia LGA Dr OkoraforUkiwe has inaugurated Covid 19 task force committee in the local government to create awareness and also sentsitize people at the grassroot of the COVID-19 preventive measures.
While charging the committee members on the terms of reference, he said that the observance of the safety protocols of COVID-19 and submitting for tests in communities would reduce community transmissions.

Ukiwe also reiterated the readiness of his administration to fighting the virus at the grassroot, while tasking residents to always adhere to protocols and guidelines in order to be safe at all time.
The second wave of COVID-19 demands that everyone take precautionary measures and adhere to preventive rules to avoid another outbreak of COVID-19 Pandemic.
