Okiemute Sowho, Special Assistant To Gov Okowa Shot Dead In Sapele

Okiemute Sowho, the Special Assistant to Governor Ifeanyi Okowa on Youth Development has been reportedly murdered by suspected Gunmen in Sapele, Delta State.

The deceased was shot dead on 20th February along Akintola Road near Solodem Plaza in Sapele.

As gathered by EKO HOT BLOG , Okiemute Sowho had gone to inspect his building in the vicinity before he was gunned down by assassins who opened fire on him, before fleeing the scene.

Okiemute Sowho was rushed to the hospital but unfortunately he couldn’t make it. His remains have been deposited in the mortuary.

Before his death, Sowho, aged 40 was appointed as the Special Assistant to the Governor on Youth Development last year.

Okiemuete Sowho also known as Daddy K was a staunch supporter of Gov Okowa. In 2019, he had embarked on an initiative called ‘Refuel Okowa’, which refueled 200 selected tricycles and motorcycles monthly in Sapele as a way of extending Gov Okowa’s Goodwill to his people in Sapele where he resided.
