The Ondo American returnee who was suspected of having coronavirus in the state has tested negative.
The 70 years old returnee simply identified as David was rushed unconscious to the Ondo State University of Medical Sciences Teaching Hospital.
Some symptoms he presented like coughing, pneumonia including the fact that he just returned from Maryland, made doctors took precautionary move by isolating him and collected his samples for testing.

While confirming this on Saturday, the state commissioner of health, Dr. Wahab Adegbenro, disclosed that the result of the suspected coronavirus case has tested negative.
Dr. Adegbenro who declared that the state is currently free of coronavirus said the Coronavirus screening came out negative on Friday evening.
Adegbenro stated that there was no cause for panic in the state but all hands must be on deck to forestall outbreak of coronavirus in the state.
