A High Court sitting in Ondo State has restrained the Ondo State House of Assembly and its Speaker; Hon Bamidele Oleyeloogun from suspending the lawmaker representing Eseodo constituency in the Assembly, Hon Success Torhukerhijo.

Other lawmakers loyal to Ajayi that were suspended were the Deputy Speaker; Hon Ogundeji Iroju, Hon Favour Tomomowo and Hon Wale Williams.

Hon Torhukerhijo, however, sought the protection of the court from being suspended.
