Speaking to journalists at the scene on Wednesday, state party chairman Sunny Wokekoro said the details surrounding the shooting remain unclear.

The injured guard is currently receiving treatment at a hospital, while police officers who were deployed to the secretariat after the bombing have yet to brief the party on the latest incident.
Wokekoro expressed concern about the police’s ability to identify those responsible for the recent attacks, noting that no information has been released about last month’s explosion.
The APP chairman, along with other party leaders, took journalists to the hospital where the wounded security guard is being treated, but hospital staff did not allow the press to speak with the victim.
Despite these setbacks, Wokekoro insisted that the attacks will not deter the party from carrying out its activities or participating in the upcoming local government elections.
