Only God Can Kill, Give Power – Tinubu Speaks On Rumoured Death, Ambition

  • Tinubu said God is the giver of life and only Him can take it.

The National Leader of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Bola Ahmed Tinubu, has said only God can take his life.

Tinubu disclosed this during a welcome back event and prayer organised for him by his political associates and Governor of Lagos State, Babajide Sanwo-Olu yesterday.

The APC National Leader has been in the United Kingdom, UK, tending to his health.

While in UK, Tinubu is believed to have been operated upon.

He, however, returned to Nigeria on Friday night after spending three months abroad.

Tinubu said God is the giver of life and only Him can take it.

The former Lagos State governor also noted that God can give power to anyone he wishes to give.

According to Tinubu: ”I am a little emotional now but I am happy. God is the giver of life and the only one who can take life.

”And He (God) says, if I grant you power and the privilege in this life; I am the only one who can take it from you if you don’t use it in the way and manner that promotes humanity.

”It is the same God that has spared us till today and has given us the privilege, that I give glory to because I am standing before you hale, hearty and well.”
