Ahmed Isah, famously known as “Ordinary President” and host of the Brekete Family program on Human Rights Radio and Television, has fiercely criticised Senate President Godswill Akpabio following a heated confrontation with Senator Natasha Akpoti-Uduaghan of Kogi Central.
EKO HOT BLOG reports that the clash occurred during a plenary session on Thursday when Senator Natasha discovered that her designated seat had been reassigned.

Unwilling to accept the change, she challenged the decision, sparking a contentious exchange on the Senate floor. In response, Akpabio ordered security to eject her from the chamber.
On the Brekete Family program on Friday, Ordinary President lambasted the incident, accusing Akpabio of “dragging her down” and urging women’s organizations to come forward in support of the senator. He condemned the Senate’s leadership for its autocratic behavior, questioning whether the National Assembly truly exemplifies democracy.
“Are we really practicing democracy?” he asked. “The National Assembly should be a beacon of democratic values, yet what we see from the Senate is pure autocracy. The members of the House of Representatives set a wonderful example.
