Osimhen On Fenerbahçe’s Radar As Mourinho Pushes For Transfer
Fenerbahçe have emerged as the latest club interested in signing Victor Osimhen after José Mourinho urged the club’s management to take action in securing the Nigerian striker from Galatasaray, where he is currently on a season-long loan from Napoli.
According to Portuguese outlet O Jogo, Mourinho is eager to add Osimhen to Fenerbahçe’s ranks and the Turkish club is ready to pursue the transfer aggressively.

Osimhen’s standout performances for Galatasaray have attracted interest from several top clubs, including Chelsea, while a lucrative move to Saudi Arabia also looms as a possibility.
Despite joining Galatasaray only in September, the 25-year-old has already formed a strong connection with the club’s fans. He recently pledged to fulfill his loan commitment after scoring a brace against Beşiktaş in the Turkish Super Lig Istanbul derby.
However, resisting a tempting offer in January will require strong resolve from Osimhen, his agent, and Napoli.
Napoli Sporting Director Giovanni Manna recently stated, “There are many clubs interested in Victor Osimhen. Galatasaray cannot take Osimhen if it does not pay a net fee of €75m.”

Fenerbahçe, however, believes that acquiring Osimhen will give them a psychological edge over their rivals and is prepared to offer Napoli a sum higher than Galatasaray’s reported €50 million bid. Fenerbahçe is determined to make a stronger offer to secure Osimhen’s services.
Fenerbahçe Vice President Acun Ilıcalı recently commented on the team’s forward rotation, saying, “We have Dzeko, En Nesyri, and Cenk. Who will play?” suggesting that Osimhen’s addition would further strengthen their attacking options.
