EKO HOT BLOG reports that Osimhen, 26, has spent the current season on loan at Turkish giants Galatasaray, where he has dazzled fans with an impressive return of 33 goals in 38 appearances. His stellar form reignited interest across Europe, but Juventus appear to have won the race for his signature.
According to Italian journalist Raffaele Auriemma, reporting for Tuttosport, Juventus sporting director Cristiano Giuntoli has reached a full agreement with Osimhen on personal terms. The Bianconeri have reportedly submitted an €85 million bid, which Napoli president Aurelio De Laurentiis has accepted.
The deal marks a significant departure from De Laurentiis’ longstanding stance against selling key players to domestic rivals. However, sources say the Napoli chief has opted to cash in now to avoid losing Osimhen for free when his contract runs out in June 2026.
Osimhen, who led Napoli to a historic Serie A title in the 2022–2023 season, remains a cherished figure in Naples. His impending move to arch-rivals Juventus is expected to spark strong emotions among supporters.
Though he has openly expressed his admiration for Galatasaray and the warmth of Turkish fans, the chance to return to Serie A and play for Italy’s most decorated club has reportedly swayed the forward’s decision.
Osimhen Set To Join Juventus
Notably, Napoli’s acquisition of Belgian striker Romelu Lukaku last year had already hinted at a possible transition, suggesting that the club had long been preparing for Osimhen’s exit.
