The 25-year-old Montenegro international admitted to the violent conduct charge and was also fined £15,000.
The incident occurred during the final moments of the scoreless Lancashire derby in September, following Beck’s red card for kicking out at Preston’s Duane Holmes.

Osmajic will now be sidelined until Preston’s Championship clash against Derby County on Saturday, November 23.
The FA announced that written reasons for the suspension will be published “in due course.” Preston North End stated they will not issue further comments until the FA’s report is released.
Before the ban was imposed, Preston director Peter Risdale confirmed on Talksport that Osmajic had accepted the charge and would face additional disciplinary measures from the club.
“We’ve already indicated to the player what we’re doing,” said Ridsdale.
“I want to keep that obviously in-house but you can be assured that that’s not something that we condone as a football club and we’ve taken appropriate action.”
Osmajic, who signed with Preston North End from Cádiz in September 2023, has netted five goals in 11 appearances this season, including a brace in Wednesday’s 3-0 victory over Watford.
In comparison, Luis Suárez, then playing for Liverpool, was handed a 10-match ban in 2013 for biting Chelsea’s Branislav Ivanović.
