EKO HOT BLOG reports that a 49-year-old man, Sulaiman Abdullahi has dragged his former wife, Folashade before the Osun State Magistrate Court sitting in Osogbo over an alleged threat to life.
The defendant was accused of threatening to kill her ex-husband on the 22nd day of November 2021 at about 1:00 pm at Dele Yessir Area Osogbo.
Abdullahi told the court that the accused had at multiple times, disturbed his peace both in the workplace and at home before the last incident.

He went on to explain that her incessant disturbances were a cognitive point that led to the dissolution of their marriage which produced three children in 2006.
Both acts, according to the prosecutor, are contrary to and punishable under section 249 of the criminal code Cap. 35 Vol. II and section 86 of the criminal code Cap.34 Laws of Osun State Nigeria 2002.
Folashade Abdullahi pleaded not guilty.
However, Magistrate A.K Ajala ordered the bail of the defendant and gave conditions of a sum of N50,000.
