Job Title: Operations Manager (Luxury Fashion Store)
Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Job Summary
- The Production / Operations Manager will be responsible for ensuring that outfits are produced efficiently according to customers’ expectations and that the right amount of materials are used.
- He/She would also be involved in production processes (supervision and cutting patterns).
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise tailors.
- Ensure customers get orders on time.
- Ensure taxes and levies are paid monthly.
- Supervise all processes (Production, sales, logistics).
- Create content on social media and follow up with orders on website.
- Approve procurement/market shopping list for funding and procurement.
- Purchase supplies.
- Supervise the sample making
- Send in sample for fitting, approval, correction, reproduction and alterations
- Supervise the line production
- Liaise with the quality control officer and ensure quality control is carried out on each piece and the overall production batch
- Oversee finishing
- Carry out inventory of stock(garments and supplies)
- Cut patterns for production
Qualifications
- HND in any related discipline
- 2-4 years experience in a managerial position
- Experience in the fashion industry is a plus.
- Ability to draft and cut patterns is a plus

Job Title: Project Manager
Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Function of the Role
- Conduct market research and prepare market research reports
- Lead and support business plans and proposal development
- Contribute to the coordination of new business set up efforts
- Research and identify development trends, prospects and growth opportunities across various industries
- Conduct analysis of existing business processes and prepare gap analysis reports
- Formulate process standards and improvements to be adopted across different organizations
- Work with lead consultant to design and redesign key business processes that will result in increased revenue, higher productivity, cost savings and customer satisfaction
- Prepare client documentation of new systems including process documents, templates, forms etc.
- Work with the team to develop and prepare training documents for open workshops
- Create an effective strategy to acquire the best talent for clients
- Contribute to the Company’s knowledge base through articles and blog posts
- Lead, manage and deliver on projects assigned
- Any other tasks as assigned by the Lead Consultant
Requirements
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree with 2 years experience in a strategy or operational consulting role
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Detail oriented, organized with proven ability to successfully multi-task
- Self starter with a positive, tenacious attitude
- Strong project management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and sometimes unpredictable environment; able to deliver results within tight deadlines and under pressure
- Ability to consistently apply good judgment and make good decisions.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion at all times
- Proven analytical, critical thinking and problem solving abilities
- Displays an entrepreneurial spirit- ambitious, innovative and thinks out of the box

- N80,000 – N120,000 monthly.
Job Title: Kitchen Production Team Lead
Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Job Summary
- The kitchen team lead will be in charge of production and leading the production team. He / she will be involved in baking and producing healthy snacks and drinks.
Key Responsibilities
- Producing company products (Zobo, fresh juices, banana bread, greek yogurt, etc )
- Packaging products and getting them ready for delivery
- Overseeing the production process and ensuring all products are properly made
Qualifications
- SSCE or OND in a related field
- 2-5 years of experience in baking and healthy confectionery production.
- Certification from a culinary institute is a plus
Specifications:
- Must be a fast learner and be ready to learn
- Must be willing and able to train others
- Be creative and innovative
- Candidate should preferably live around Ifako / Gbagada axis.
Salary
N40,000 / Month
