Eko Hot Blog reports that In a recent interview with Beat 99.9 FM, Lagos, Nigerian music sensation Ikuforiji Olaitan Abdulrahman, popularly known as Oxlade, revealed the songs he wishes he had sung himself. The 26-year-old singer expressed his admiration for two tracks in particular, ‘You’ by Omah Lay and ‘King’ by his close friend, Fireboy DML.
Speaking enthusiastically during the interview, Oxlade confessed his desire to put his own vocal spin on Omah Lay’s hit song, ‘You.’ He believes that his unique style and talent could add a fresh dimension to the already popular track, promising to “murder that song with vocals.”
