Oyebanji Freezes State Accounts, Makes First Appointments After Inauguration
Governor Biodun Oyebanji of Ekiti State has frozen all bank accounts of the state government with immediate effect.
Eko Hot Blog reports that the directive was contained in a statement by his Chief Press Secretary, Yinka Oyebode, on Sunday shortly after the governor’s inauguration.

Oyebanji has also appointed Dr Habitat Omolara Adubiaro as the Secretary to the State Government
The appointment which was disclosed in a statement by the governor’s Chief Press Secretary, Yinka Oyebode, on Sunday, took immediate effect.
The new Ekiti State Governor retained Yinka Oyebode as his Chief Press Secretary.
His appointment was made known in a statement signed by Bamidele Agbede, the state Head of Service.
