Nigeria Centre For Disease Control, NCDC, has announced that two new cases of COVID-19 have been recorded in Oyo state.
The new cases bring the total number of confirmed cases in the state to twenty-three which is the thirteenth highest in the country.
However, the country recorded 204 new cases, which is the highest since the outbreak of the virus.
As of the time of writing this report, 35 states and the Federal Capital Territory have recorded at least one confirmed case of #COVID19
However, 71% of all cases are from only three states
