The Federal Medical Centre located in No 1, Salihu Ibrahim Way, Lokoja, Kogi State is now under lock and key.
The FMC was locked after gunmen in their numbers stormed the hospital to rob staff and patients of their valuables.
The operation lasted for about 30 minutes and phones, laptops were stolen by the armed robbers.
After they whisked away, the victims raised an alarm, crying uncontrollably.
As at the time of this report, the Kogi State Police Command is yet to issue a statement on the incident.
