This online media gathered that Secondus had approached the court to restrain the PDP from conducting its National Convention slated for October 30 and 31, 2021.
However, at the resumed hearing Tuesday, PDP lawyers asked for time to respond to the appeal, but the Court of Appeal judges refused to grant their request, stating that the suit is time-bound in view of the national convention holding on Saturday.
It was learnt that after much pleading, the appeal court gave PDP lawyers 24 hours to file their responses.
The Court of Appeal however adjourned the case till Thursday.
