EKO HOT BLOG reports that the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) has revealed that those eligible to vote are the 3 ad-hoc delegates elected at the Ward Congresses and a National Delegate per Local Government.
This is coming ahead of the party’s National Convention slated for 28 and 29 May to elect its 2023 Presidential candidate.
