PDP Set To Officially Welcome Lagos4Lagos Movement’s Jandor [See Date]

EKO HOT BLOG reports that the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in Lagos State will officially welcome the Convener of the Lagos4Lagos Movement, Olajide Adediran, popularly known as Jandor, into its fold on Tuesday 11, January 2022.

It would be recalled that Jandor, a Lagos governorship aspirant, left the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC) for the PDP in December 2021.

It is understood that Governor Seyi Makinde of Oyo State will lead other party chieftains from the South-West, including former governors, deputy governors, former and serving senators and House of Representatives members to the event put together to formally receive Jandor, expected to commence by 10am.

“Governor Makinde, as leader of the party in South-West, will be leading other party chieftains from across the region to receive him into PDP,” Chief Abayomi Kuye, who is member, South-West Caretaker Committee of PDP said, according to a report by Nigerian Tribune.

Chief Bode George, leader of the PDP in Lagos will be host at the event, while the party headquarters in Abuja, the Federal Capital, is expected to send a representative.
