‘People Love Him For His Generosity’ — Titilayo Olukoya Hails Husband On 75th Birthday

Eko Hot Blog reports that Alhaja Titilayo Olukoya, the wife of Alhaji Tajudeen Adewale Olukoya, has extolled the virtues of her husband, describing him as a generous man.

She sang praises of her husband on Tuesday, December 12, 2023, when he celebrated his 75th birthday.

In an interview with Eko Hot Blog, Alhaja Olukoya, who remarkably shares the same birthday with Alhaji Olukoya, her husband, extended her gratitude to God for preserving their lives despite the challenges they’ve faced.

“I’m very happy. Today is my birthday and that of my lovely husband too. We share the same birth date. There are so many memories but all the same I thank God for everything. Series of things have come but God still kept my husband and I alive till today, so glory be to God,” she said.

The co-celebrant shared the genesis of the new prayer mosque that her husband built and dedicated on their birthday, saying the worship house can be traced back to his father’s wish.

“The mosque my husband built has been talked about since the time of his father who said he wants him to build a mosque for him to pray,” Alhaja Olukoya stated.

“When his father died, his grandchildren still insisted he built the mosque and he said God’s willing by his next birthday, he would build it. And God spared his life to be alive today to fulfill the promise he made to his father, glory be to God.”

Alhaja Olukoya sang the praises of her husband, revealing how well loved he is and the calibre of people that were celebrating him for his kindness.

“My husband is one of the best in this community, people love him. He’s good to his family, to everyone and to friends,” she said.

“In fact, more people are still coming to felicitate with him. Our king isn’t here yet but he’s coming due to a meeting with Awujale. We are expecting about five kings, which shows the kind of man he is. He’s a generous man.”

Expressing her gratitude for the well-wishers, Alhaja Olukoya thanked those who joined in the celebration.

She extended warm wishes for their safety and anticipated future gatherings to commemorate joyous occasions.

In a special note of appreciation, the co-celebrant singled out Eko Hot Blog for the honour bestowed upon her family, expressing affection and a shared connection with the media company.

“I want to thank those that came to felicitate with us. I wish them safe journey. By God’s grace, years to come they’ll come again to celebrate with us. I also want to specially thank Eko Hot Blog for the honour. I love you all. I share many things with the company. May God continually make the company grow higher the more,” she concluded.
