Super Eagles defender, Kenneth Omeruo, who has gone on loan regularly despite being a Chelsea player for the past four seaons, is finally set to leave the London club permanently.
Along with Omeruo, another Super Eagles player, Ola Aina, is seeking the exit at Chelsea after failing to make an impression at Stamford Bridge under Mauricio Sarri.
Omeruo and Aina spent the just-ended season on loan at Leganes and Torino respectively and reports indicate that their current clubs are seeking to tie them to permanent deals.
With his loan deal containing a ‘buy-out’ clauses, Omeruo targets a stay in La Liga with Leganes, who are ready to discuss a permanent term when the 25-year-old returns from Nigeria’s African Cup of Nations campaign in Egypt.
The same applies to 22-year-old Aina, who is rumlured to be a £9million target by Torino.
