Marco Polo Cuisine Limited, a leading Chinese restaurant known for offering the finest oriental dishes and an exceptional waterfront dining experience, is currently recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Personal Assistant
Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Manage the Managing Director’s (MD) emails, communications, and information flow; respond where possible and prioritize those needing MD’s attention.

• Plan and maintain the MD’s calendar, organize appointments, set meeting agendas, and track action points.

• Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including transportation, accommodation, and detailed itinerary planning.

• Collaborate effectively with internal staff, clients, and suppliers to support business operations.

• Assist the MD in various projects by conducting research, compiling data, and providing administrative support to ensure timely project completion.

• Maintain organized records, manage client relations, design and uphold an efficient filing system, and oversee meeting logistics.

• Develop strong relationships and communication channels with corporate customers on behalf of the MD.

Requirements:

• HND or Bachelor’s Degree in Mass Communication or a relevant field.

• Minimum of two years’ relevant experience.

• Strong project management, time management, and organizational abilities.

• Excellent interpersonal communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Fluency in English is mandatory.

• Experience in project coordination and assisting top-level executives.

• Ability to work independently with exceptional organizational skills for managing tasks and supporting others.
