Job Summary

The Personal Assistant will provide comprehensive executive support to the CEO, managing schedules, travel, and correspondence, as well as handling key internal and external stakeholder relationships. The role also includes household management support as directed by the CEO.

Roles & Responsibilities

Administrative Duties:

  • Act as the first point of contact for calls and correspondence.
  • Manage the CEO’s diary, scheduling and prioritizing meetings.
  • Organize travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, and protocol services.
  • Maintain an efficient filing and data storage system.
  • Draft correspondence, take minutes at meetings, and handle administrative tasks.
  • Prepare reports and briefing materials as required.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality in all activities.
  • Ensure work aligns with the company’s values, culture, and policies.

CEO’s Family Support Role:

  • Assist with household management and personal tasks.
  • Coordinate family travel plans, ensuring all necessary documents are in order.
  • Supervise household vendors and contractors as needed.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum of a B.Sc./B.A. degree, First-Class or Second-Class Upper.
  • At least 5 years’ experience in a similar role.
  • Experience in handling complex international travel itineraries.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
