Eko Club Houston hero and icon, Hon. Attorney Larry Johnson, was laid to rest amid a solemn atmosphere filled with gratitude and grief on Saturday, August 23rd, 2025.
EKOHOTBLOG gathered that the club hero was given a befitting final farewell as members of his family were joined by ECI members to honour his legacy.
The occasion was marked by a solemn rendition of hymns and words of exaltation in somber reflection of his admirable lifestyle.
Hon. Attorney Larry Johnson was a committed member of Eko Club Houston during his lifetime, known for his enthusiasm and unparalleled commitment to the cause of the club.
Eko Club International’s patriarch and legend, Otunba TJ Abass, reflected on the special occasion.
He stressed the significance of the great moment and the need for communism.

So today, we celebrate the life of our brother, Larry Johnson, who has passed into the world beyond.
