One of the greatest American rappers, DMX died on the 9th of April 2021 after suffering an apparent drug overdose and subsequent heart attack.
The rapper was laid to rest on Saturday, 24th of April, 2021 in a star-studded memorial service in Brooklyn.
His funeral ceremony was a great one as his colleagues and rappers like Eve, Kanye West, Busta Rhymes were present to bid him the last respect.
Due to the issue of the Corona Virus, only his close friends and relatives were allowed to enter the venue of the event, but it was live-streamed on DMX’s YouTube channel.
Kanye West who was in attendance led the Sunday service choir at the Barclay centre in Brooklyn.

Something remarkable that happened during his funeral service, his 15 children came to the stage and talked about how their father taught them to be kind to others, and how to say thank you.
One of his relatives was not silent about how he loved Jesus, how he always makes the family happy and how he always tries to give his fans the best show.
Fellow rappers like Nas, Hip hop star Busta Rhymes were seen arriving at the venue in a camouflage suit, EKO HOT BLOG gathered.
The funeral service of the 50 years old rapper brought Brooklyn to a standstill as hundreds of motorbikes escorted the monster truck that carried DMX’s casket.
