Eko Hot Blog reports that the Minister of State for Health and Social Welfare, Dr. Tunji Alausa, has commissioned the new office complex (headquarters) of the Community Health Practitioners Registration Board of Nigeria (CHPRBN).

The minister commissioned the building at a ceremony on Thursday.

The CHPBRN regulates the training and practice of Community Health Practitioners in Nigeria.

The board was formed on 24th November 1992 with the aim of determining the standard of knowledge and skills obtained by members of the profession and conducting examinations in the profession and awarding certificates to the successful candidates.
