EKO HOT BLOG reports that Ondo chef Adeola Adeyeye is attempting to break the Guinness World Record for the longest cooking marathon.
Adeyeye began her cook-a-thon on Friday, June 30, 2023, in Ile-Oluji/Okeigbo Local Government Area of Ondo State.
She is scheduled to cook for 150 hours, or 6.25 days, in an attempt to beat the current record of 93 hours and 11 minutes held by Hilda Baci.
Adeyeye is not the only Nigerian chef who has attempted to break this record. Last Month, Adeparusi Damilola aka Chef Dammy embarked on a 120-hour cook-a-thon in Oye Local Government Area of Ekiti State.
