Team Lagos at the opening ceremony of the National Youth Games in Asaba
Eko Hot Blog reports that Team Lagos was well represented at the opening ceremony of the 7th National Youth Games.
The event took place on Saturday at the Stephen Keshi Stadium, Asaba, Delta State’s capital.

Earlier, President Bola Ahmed Tinubu declared the games open.
Tinubu, who was represented by the Minister of Sports Development, Senator John Owan Enoh, was joined by the host governor, Rt. Hon. Sheriff Oborevwori and other top government officials of Delta State.
He urged the participating athletes drawn from across the states of the Federation and the Federal Capital Territory (FCT) to play by the rules and uphold the tenets of the games as envisioned by its founding fathers.
