- The monarch who was filled with excitement took to his Instagram account to reflect on the last year on the throne
It was a day of joy and happiness for the Oniru of Iruland Oba Abdulwasiu Omogbolahan Lawal Abisogun II, as he celebrates his first coronation anniversary on Wednesday 2nd of June 2021, EKO HOT BLOG gathered.
In a post the 51 years old shared, he revealed how it has been amazing in the last year, reflecting on the good and sad moments, revealing how he has worked with great individuals in achieving a common goal and to effect a change in society.
The one-year coronation was graced by important dignitaries like Alhaji Bola Ahmed Tinubu and his Co monarchs from other communities, there were free foods donated, and free medical checkups were given.

The monarch is from the Ojora, Aromire, Shokun, and Abisogun branch of the Oniru royal families of Lagos State.
He became the 15th Oniru of Iruland in June 2020 after the death of Oba Idowu Oniru (Akiogun II) in September 2019.
