Eko Hot Blog reports that the team of Tokunbo Abiru, the lawmaker representing Lagos East Senatorial District, Senator Tokunbo Abiru team, has taken an inspection tour of the ongoing rehabilitation of Ikorodu-Itoikin road.
The lawmaker facilitated the rehabilitation of the road.

Abiru’s Special Adviser on constituency matters, Dr Saheed Ibikunle, led the senator’s team on the tour to ascertain the level and quality of the project.
The project is only the latest in a long list of Abiru’s constituency projects.
In December 2023, the construction of 22 classrooms at Wright Memorial Primary School in Shomolu LGA, which was facilitated by the lawmaker, was reported to be nearing completion.
In October 2023, Abiru conducted an inspection tour of the mini stadium project he facilitated in Odo-Egiri community of Eredo LCDA, Epe, Lagos State.
In recognition of the contributions he had made to the comprehensive development of Ikorodu division and the broader Lagos East Senatorial District, he was inducted into the Ikorodu Division Hall of Fame in November.
