Photos: Veteran Actor Sadiq Daba Laid To Rest

Veteran Broadcaster and Actor, Sadiq Daba has been laid to rest after sadly passing on last night, March 3, 2021.

According to reports, Daba who rose to prominence following his role in the popular NTA drama series, ‘C0ck Crow at Dawn’ passed away at around 8.30 PM yesterday following a prolonged battle with leukaemia and cancer

The 69-year-old breathed his last at the Lagos state university teaching hospital (LASUTH). His death was announced by the National Television Authority in a tweet late last night.

“Sad News Veteran broadcaster and Nollywood actor Sadiq Daba is dead. He died this evening after a long and excruciating battle with leukemia and prostrate cancer. May his Gentle Soul Rest in Perfect Peace #RIPSadiqDaba” the Twitter post read

As gathered by EKO HOT BLOG  , The remains of the Veteran Actor have now been laid to rest in accordance with Islamic rites. He was buried at the Agege Hausa Cemetery in Lagos on Thursday afternoon, March.

As earlier stated, Daba’s death comes after he had battled with leukaemia and prostate cancer for years.
