The win in Portugal made Chelsea the only team from London to win the European Football biggest club trophy twice.

Chelsea won their second champions league crown on Saturday, after beating premier league rival Manchester City 1-0 at Estadio Do Dragao, in Portugal.

A goal from summer signing Kai Havertz two minutes before the end of the first half was enough to earn their second Champions League title, which also moved them closer to Manchester United (3) on the list of English most successful clubs in Europe, but they are four titles behind leaders, Liverpool.

After the final whistle, almost all the team members celebrated with their immediate families or lovers.

The Chelsea gaffer was spotted having a chat with his wife and children after the medal presentation.

James was spotted with his sister Lauren after the game and they both relished the moments. Lauren is also a footballer, playing for Manchester United and rumors have linked her with Chelsea.

Kai Havertz :

Havertz was the hero on the night. His goal gave Chelsea the title and he was spotted sharing a kiss with his girlfriend.

Ngolo Kante

The diminutive Frenchman won the of the match award after another wonderful performance. He celebrated his first European championship crown with his mother and former Chelsea player Demba Ba.

Kante’s moments with his mother were so emotional and fans were happy for them.

Thiago Silva :

Thiago Silva played his part in the game before he was substituted due to injury. After the match, he was on the pitch celebrating with his wife Belle Silva, and their children.
