Plane Crash: Fani-Kayode Calls For Investigations, Suspects Conspiracy

  • Femi Fani-Kayode has called for an independent probe into the circumstance of the plane crash that killed the COAS and others.

Former Aviation Minister, Femi Fani-Kayode has called for an independent probe into that circumstance of the plane crash that killed the COAS and others.

EkoHotBlog has earlier reported how the plane carrying the Chief of Army Staff, Attahiru Ibrahim and his entourage crashed while landing in Kaduna international airport.

Fani-Kayode on his official Twitter page, Said:

“Was this plane shot down as it was taking off or was there a bomb on board? If it was a bomb was it detonated by a timer or a remote-control device? Or is it that there was a fault in the engine that just made the whole plane explode? Speculations are not healthy but in order to avoid them we need answers! In the last 3 months there have been 4 crashes of Nigerian Airforce jets and no less than 20 officers have been killed.

“No public enquiries have been made, no proper investigations conducted and no explanations or answers given.

“If it was an accident what caused it? Weather, engine failure, pilot error? So many questions!.

“No cover-ups this time! We have a right to know the truth and to be told under what circumstances our COAS & his officers were killed. Accident Investigation Bureau over to you!.”
