  1. Dr. Patrick Dakum

Dakum, 62 is a Native of Jiblik Village, Pankshin Local Government Area of Plateau State. He is a Medical Doctor with over 37years of Practice.

Dakum is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Epidemiology and Preventive Medicine at the University of Maryland, Baltimore, USA.

He is also the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the Institute of Human Virology, Abuja. Dakum belongs to the All Progressives Congress (APC).

  1. Nde David Victor Dimka

Dimka, 60 holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science from the University of Jos, Plateau State in 1984 and later a Masters Degree in Public Administration from the University of Lagos in 1999.

He began his Career with the Nigerian Customs Service in 1987 and served in different capacities and later became the Deputy Comptroller of Operations in August 2010.

However, the Gallant Officer retired as a Comptroller of Customs in 2017 after serving meritoriously for 30years. On the 25th of December, 2020, Dimka, a Kanke-born Politician decleared his intention to run for Governor in 2023 under the All Progressives Congress (APC) platform.

  1. Hon. Timothy Golu

Golu, 48 is a Journalist, Philanthropist and Politician. He hails from Kanke Local Government Area of Plateau State.

The People’s Democratic Party (PDP) Governorship Aspirant represented Kanke State Constituency in the Plateau State House of Assembly from 2011 to 2015 before proceeding to the House of Representatives where he represented Kanam/Kanke/Pankshin Federal Constituency between 2015 and 2019.

  1. Senator Hezekiah Ayuba Dimka

Dimka, 68 is the Senator representing Plateau Central Senatorial District in the Nigerian Senate on the platform of the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC).

He belongs to the Ngas Tribe, The Kanke-born Lawmaker was elected into the National Assembly during the February 2019 General Elections. Prior to his Political Career, Dimka was a Police Officer, he served in different locations across the Country, notably Imo and Delta State and retired in 2008 as a Commissioner for Police.
