Ride-hailing service, PlantyWaka, with its improved app, has presented to users amazing features.
PlentyWaka is a technology-driven bus sharing solution, designed to allow commuters to schedule their rides from their preferred pick-up locations to their desired destination.
The initiative which was launched on September 16, 2019, now has new a app, which comes with amazing features including the introduction of a wallet system called WakaPurse.
With this new wallet system, riders can now fund their Wakapurse with as low as N1000 and conveniently pay for trips in real-time. Other major improvements in this app include the optimized routing system, a better user navigation system and a referral system to introduce new users and earn points in their WakaPurse. One of the most celebrated features by riders is the ability for Plentywaka users to perform group bookings with its new multi-rider feature.
The new and improved app is already available for download on the Google Play Store and iOS App Store.

According to the Managing Director and Co-Founder, Johnny Enagwolor, “ Plentywaka’s sole mission is to provide hassle-free transportation to the everyday Nigerian and we will stop at nothing to achieve that .”
Onyeka Akumah, who is also a Co-Founder of Plentywaka expressed his excitement at the launch of the improved Plentywaka app revealing with excitement that PlentyWaka will now provide an opportunity for partners with vehicles that can move more than 6 people per time (Toyota Sienna’s, 14-seater buses, coaster buses, e.t.c.) to also sign up as Plentywaka Partners. By signing up, they can list their vehicles on the platform and earn decent revenue as riders commute.
